Please note that these are charged at a higher rate that callouts during business hours.

While I will endeavour to return your system to full working order generally, some situations will require more time that is reasonable and will require a temporary fix of complete isolation until the next working day. I will inform you as best I can once the issue is known.

Prior bookings for work on weekends such as installs, planned maintenance, etc, are not charge as overtime.
